What is Recharge?:
Recharge is a feature which offers customers the ability to recharge their product's balance. By recharging their product a customer can keep the same PIN number they originally purchased. Discounts, specials as well as promotional offers cannot be recharged.
What is Auto Recharge?:
Auto-recharge allows for its consumers to automatically recharge a card's balance each time the balance falls below $3.00. Auto-recharge is a great way to save time and the hassle of manually recharging your product. Auto-recharge is also great for travelers whom don't always have access to the internet to top-up their accounts. To set up auto-recharge please see the instructions below:1) Setup from the "My PINs" section in your account center.
2) Select the desired amount you wish to recharge in the check box. To turn auto recharge off simply deselect the checkbox at anytime.
How does Pinless Dialing work?:
Our Pinless dialing feature works with only toll-free access numbers. Pinless dialing allows its users to set up as many as 5 personal phone numbers so that they may connect immediately to their desired destination number. Pinless dialing allows for its users to bypass entering a PIN number and or their 5 personal phone numbers. Pinless dialing is a great time saving solution for its users.
What is Speed Dial?:
By utilizing the Speed Dial feature your friends and family are just buttons away. In order to call a Speed dial number you will have to enter your PIN number and press the speed dial code for your desired destination number. This fabulous feature can hold up to 50 telephone numbers.
What is Call History?:
Call history allows for its users to view details for phone numbers dialed such as the length and cost of the call. You can access call history by logging into your account and selecting the call history tab.
What is Billing History?:
Billing history serves as the customer's record for all credit card and PayPal transaction made on our website.
I am a new customer, how do I purchase prepaid phone cards on this website? How do I login?:
Welcome aboard! a) Go to our Home Page, select destination country/city you want to call, b) Select the card / quantity you plan to purchase, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click ADD TO CART. c) At the Shopping Cart you may review your order, make changes, if necessary, and click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT, d) Fully read the pop-up window. You must click on Register, and completing the NEW CUSOMER ACCOUNT SETUP
Is it necessary for my address to exactly match with the address currently on file with my credit card issuer?:
For security reasons, it is absolutely necessary that your address & telephone number match with the address & telephone number currently on file with your credit/debit card issuer. Your credit card will be charged, but no instant pins will be issued if there is a discrepancy. Discrepancy between the two addresses will lead to delay in issue of pins, which can be up to two hours during business hours. Existing customers can login from navigation bar and update their address and phone numbers before they proceed to shop.
Can I use my bank ATM/Check Card or a Debit Card to purchase from this website?:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We also accept all ATM/Debit/Check Cards with MasterCard or Visa logo.
Do you accept Credit/Debit Cards or ATM/Check cards issued outside of USA?:
We accept credit cards, debit cards, or ATM/checks issued in USA or Canada only. Cards issued outside of USA or Canada are not accepted for payment even though they might have been issued by a US based banks.
Kindly explain 'Star Rating".:
Star Rating is compiled by us and is based on customer feedback and also on our experience and understanding about the card. Star Rating gives a good idea about the quality of the phone card. Higher (max = five) the Star Rating, the better the card. You should evaluate all the four components of Star Rating before you go ahead with the purchase.
When will I get the prepaid phone card pins? Can I use them right away?:
Prepaid phone cards pins will be displayed on your monitor as well as emailed to you immediately after successful processing of your credit card. Phone card pins can be used for making calls right away, you don't have to wait. We do not snail mail prepaid phone cards.
